I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with my focus on Transactional Analysis Counselling and Psychotherapy.

We all experience suffering in its various manifestations. We adjust to survive as best we can under the circumstances to distract from or simply cope with our emotional conflict or distress.

I am flexible to the needs of the client with any presenting difficulties such as:

Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Trauma, Low Self Esteem or Relationship problems.

I work in an active and involving way with clients where we can mutually navigate the work we do and how we do it.

I focus on creating a safe and resilient therapeutic relationship where together we can facilitate lasting change. 

I don’t believe in any golden tickets or magic formulas. Personal circumstances and social considerations can sometimes be too strong and therefore impair and diminish our human potential.

Psychotherapy & Counselling is a serious undertaking both therapist and client embark on with mutually agreed goals. From session one we agree on a contract of initial goals, the therapy duration (a starting point of 6 weeks to long term) and regularity (minimum once a week).

Effective therapy requires a structure and consistency of meeting at the same times each week with time in-between to process and reflect.

£70 per session of 50 minutes

£90 per session of 50 minutes for Relationship Therapy

75 minute session £120

Lunchtime sessions on Zoom or Phone:

£45 for 30 minutes

£55 for 45 minutes
